PB European Termite Market Conference February 2010

The second PestBusiness.com event turned its attention to the growing termite market in Europe. It and was held in Paris on 4 February 2010.

Opening the conference, Rob Fryatt from Xenex Assoxiciates (one of the partner organisations in PestBusiness.com) said: “Termites are a growing and spreading pest across Europe. We felt the moment was right to address this insect and to bring together an array of experts from around the world to help us explore the biology of this pest, the market and the technologies available for its management.”

Rod Parker of AIS, another partner in PestBusiness.com, explained that this rapidly growing and expanding market is valued in Europe at over £12 million at ex-manufacturer level.
