Booking Terms & Conditions
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, PestBusiness.com reserves the right to amend or cancel any seminar or conference. In particular PestBusiness.com is not able to give any warranty that any particular person will appear as a speaker or panellist. In the event of cancellation, delegates will be notified in advance and provided with a refund or the option to transfer to another event.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent out at least two weeks prior to the event.
Bookings cannot be confirmed without payment. Fees include refreshments as advertised and documentation.
Transfers and Cancellations:
Delegates may cancel their place or transfer to other events (subject to availability) providing that notification is received in writing at least 20 working days prior to the event.
Any cancellations or transfers made after this time will render the delegate liable for the full delegate fee and no refunds will be given after that date. Cancellations received before this time will be subject to a £50 administration fee. Substitutions are welcome but details must be sent to the organisers in writing.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
The fee charged includes VAT at the standard UK rate which is currently 17.5%. No exemptions can be claimed for seminar and conference type events. The VAT rate chargeable in the country in which the seminar or conference is delivered must be charged. VAT reg no. GB 616 5407 48
Credit Card Security
All online credit card processing is handled via the encrypted interface provided by SECPay. SECPay handles the capture, authorisation and settlement of credit and debit card payments and all the associated electronic and physical security required. PestBusiness.com does not store credit card details as part of this web site.
